Pan Seared Red Snapper

Ingredients

  1. 1 10oz package of Hilltop Fish and Seafood Fry Mix
  2. 4 to 8 pieces of Red Snapper fillets/li>
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. 4 Tbsp Water
  5. Cooking Oil

Wash the fish in cold water and shake off excess water

In a shallow bowl pour on package of Fish and Seafood Fry Mix

In a separate bowl, mix 2 eggs and water, set aside

Place the fish into the egg/water mix, then place fish into fry mix. Coat fish thoroughly. Place fish back into egg/water mix and then add a second coat of fry mix.

Let the seasoned fish sit for 5 minutes.

Heat two inches of oil in a frying pan to 350 degrees.

Place fish into oil, up to 4 pieces at a time, and cook until golden brown on all sides

Serve with french fries and a side salad
