Joojeh Kabobs

  1. 1 lb chicken, quartered or cut into pieces
  2. 2 Limes
  3. 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Saffron
  5. 1/3 Cup Butter
  6. Salt and Pepper


Mix chicken with ingredients, marinate in the refrigerator at least 24 hours before frying


Grill chicken on a charcoal grill until the juices from the chicken run clear when pierced with a fork. Brush the chicken with melted butter while cooking.


Service with garlic mashed potatoes, lemon wedges and sliced tomatoes.
